[ltp] Midi for Fedora 390X sound

Midi is working!!!.
Thats all of the basic sound functions.
I'm going to try Alsa on another 390e/x
, (I have several ).
and I'll post it to the list if I learn anything worthwhile.
If there are any other Midi fans out there,
email me and we take it off the list since is is
somewhat OT
