[ltp] Viewing MPEGs under RH9

Again, thank you.  I had to use the --nodeps on the RH rpms to get it to 
install as I have not installed the alsa sound drivers.  

Nice playback though.  Now I can play MPEGs and MP3 files through it.

I bookmarked the web site and FreshRPMs site.
