[ltp] spectrum_cs driver for 2.6?

Hi,

what still keeps me from switching to 2.6 is that i can't compile the
spectrum_cs driver for it (0.4.2).

I need this driver for a Sony ClieGear Wireless CF card which is based
on an Intel Wireless/Pro 2011B. I understood that the 2.6 kernel has
some interface for loading firmware into devices, but it sounded a bit
confusing on a first read besides that i don't have a clue where to get
the firmware from.

So if someone gets it to compile with 2.6 or stumbles apon a patch or
so...please let me know.
