[ltp] hdparm params for 7k60 drive

I'm using these hdparm settings with my harddrive and combo DVD/CDR unit (emulating SCSI):
hdparm -X66 -d1 -u1 -m16 -c3 -K /dev/hda
hdparm -d1 -u1 -c3 -K /dev/hdc
Do you see any room for improvement?
