[ltp] T30 with USB mouse and keyboard

Hi,

I try to use a T30 with USB keyboard and mouse. It basically
works. But some things are not satisfactory yet: 

The system will not use the trackpoint again after the mouse has been
unplugged, even after a reboot.
The trackpoint is unusable while the mouse is connected. (On W2K both
work simultaneously, overriding the BIOS).


Both keyboards work simultaneously, which is fine, but:
the BIOS APM screens saver does not recognize the USB keyboard, so I
had to disable it. Now my xautolock triggerd screen saver does not
switch off the display. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
