[ltp] Resize NTFS Partition?

As far as I can tell RH does not provide a built-in way to do this
safely and easily. So I used Partition Magic which will do this for
you in a snap -- but you have to pay for it. It costs about 60 bucks,
if I recall. You can order it online (instant download) at
http://www.powerquest.com or you can buy it in a computer software
store.
