[ltp] cs46xx issues on an IBM thinkpad T-20

Gnome uses esd. ESD should already be installed with recent versions of Red
Hat. I'm honestly not sure if its based on OSS or ALSA though since I use
Mandrake, which is totally ALSA/ARTSD based. Personally from the limited
experience I have with sound on RH, and desktop stuff on RH in general, I'm
glad I put Mandrake on my desktop/laptop. Sound hasn't been an issue in quite
a while. MDK 8.2 and 9.0 both have no trouble with the CS42xx and CS46xx
series chips.

Anyway, the upshot is that the RPM you're seeking probably just doesn't exist.
