I'm guessing you did your XP recovery AFTER you installed Linux, which is=
=20
probably how LILO got clobbered. There are a couple ways to fix your prob=
lem.=20
1 would be to use the RH CD to boot into rescue mode. I think from there =
you=20
can repair the MBR. That should give you dual boot. The other possibility=
 is=20
it IS possible to build a boot floppy on another machine as long as=20
/etc/fstab has the same layout. Naturally this requires that you have ano=
ther=20
linux box... If you do, do a man on mkbootdisk, there are options that wi=
ll=20
let you select alternative fstabs. If you know what should be in it but y=
ou=20
don't have an identical one you can cook one up pretty easy, the importan=
t=20
thing is that the device names, mount points, and file system types are t=
he=20
same.
