[ltp] A30P Questions

Thanks Tod 

I have Kppp working on 2 desktop boxes running RH 7.3 I just can not seem to 
get it to work correctly in the Thinkpad running Mandrake 9.0 which leads me 
to believe that it is a Mandrake issue not a Kppp issue.
