[ltp] help with mwavem?

It surprises me that running tpctlir worked for you.
I didn't even know that tpctlir worked on the 600E.
The problem you had does look like it arises from some
sort of ioport or IRQ conflict. If the problem occurs
again, try disabling your parallel, serial cable and
infrared ports.
