[ltp] tpctl --pm-resume-lid=disable doesn't work

tpctl's output indicidates that it was able to send
the SMAPI command to switch off "resume on lid open",
but that, indeed, this made no difference to the 
setting reported by SMAPI.  It appears that the feature
cannot be switched off on your machine.  I just tried
it on my ThinkPad 600X and found that I can't turn it
off either.  :(
