[ltp] linux web publishing tool ??

All,

I need to create a web page containing at least a table. Idealy that 
table would be a from.

I have created the table in word and tried to use Ted to load an rtf 
version but aparently Ted is not up to tables. It works fine for text.

What is a good tool to create a table or form?
