[ltp] Irez Capsure PC Card?

Hey folks --

I have an Irez Capsure PC Card (http://www.psism.com/vc.htm describes it
pretty well, the Irez site makes no mention of it anymore) and I was
wondering if there is any chance of this working under Linux.  Does the
Thinkpad T40p have a "zoomed video" port?  My old Dell Latitude had one (one
of the 2 pc card slots supported ZV), although I could never get the card to
work on it -- but I know the card works (tested on a powerbook).

I just thought about this card because I was looking at a recent -ac
changelog and it mentioned support for zoomed video.
