[ltp] Open Office - Open Box Tweak

Hi All

One after a bit of time can get extremely annotated with the simplest of 
issues hence this posting.

When one opens a file in Open Office a box appears with headings of 
Title, Type, Size, Date Modified.

Is there any was to adjust the size of the area for Title and make it stay 
that way permanently even after the computer is shutdown and rebooted.

The issue is that when I open to read a new file I always have to adjust the 
size of the Title area before I can read the name of the file.
