[ltp] USB and Docking Station

Hello,

I have a T23 and the USB ports on the back of the docking station are not 
playing nice.  I have a Logitech USB mouse that is attached to the bottom 
USB port and it looks like it get power, but it does not show up on a "cat 
/proc/bus/usb/devices".  I am using Redhat 8.
