[ltp] Workspace switcher function keys on T30

I'm using Gnome on RH. I didn't realize that the commands are desktop
specific, not hardware specific. Duh.

So then I read the manual AGAIN <jeesh!> and found out that while the
Ctrl-F2 style shortcuts are mentioned - they're not enabled by default.
So I had to go in and set them up in preferences | keyboard shortcuts.

They work fine now.
