What are my chances of being able to use the RedHat-8.0 installation
disks to resize my Windows partitions and come up with
a dual-boot Linux-Windows 98 Thinkpad A21e, without the need to
investigate other partitioning software?
I installed Linux before with the disks on a desktop and I think I was given
the choice of not reformatting the hard drive. I don't know if
this was assuming I already had Linux installed, however. I would also
prefer it if I could leave the Windows recovery image on the hard disk
untouched.
Any advice for someone who is good at reading man pages and
following instructions, but who doesn't know much about what they
are doing?
