[ltp] kernel 2.4.21 on T30

Changing "hdc=ide-scsi" to "hdc=scsi" and removing "probeall 
scsi_hostadapter ide-scsi" from /etc/modules.conf seemed to have solved 
the problem.....Wonder what changed in 2.4.21 to cause this.
