Check any computer recycling places and ask them if they see any laptops.
There's a place here Techno Trash Global that does such a thing, not sure if they're world-wide.

I would suggest asking some computer surplus stores, some of them buy-back old computers. They may have a laptop with something spilled on it? or what have you and the screen may ok...

It's worth a try.
