For any SuSE 8.2 users, I've added a section of Patches to my webpage.
It contains a patch against the latest SuSE 8.2 kernel (2.4.20-86),
which fixes three things:
1. IDE DMA enabled for the T40p chipset
2. VESA framebuffer MTRR disabled (VESA FB sets up MTRR incorrectly,
causing problems with XFree and AcceleratedX)
3. cache sizes correctly identified for Pentium-M chip.
