[ltp] T30 DVD (region free)

I am wondering if anyone knows how to make the CD R/W+DVD Combo player 
that came with my T30 region free. My current job situation has me 
working in both the US and Australia for months at a time and I would 
like to be able to rent DVDs at both places.

Currently, the only solution I have found is an utility called 
"dvd_region" from the same group that developed the "ogle" player. 
However, I can only chage the regions 4 times this way.

`scsi_info` says that my DVD/CD-RW combo is a TEAC DW-28E with firmware 
version 2.1A
