I'd have to hear you specifically refute Ross Anderson's logic because it 
absolutely falls in line with the pattern established by corporate behaviour 
in this country over the past 10 years (at least).

I think your logic is like saying that a prison is OK because bricks are OK 
and the prison is made of bricks.
