I tried contacting MS, the response was (translated from
norwegian). "You have to take this up with IBM: This is an OEM
version, and it is an agreement between you and IBM and not with
Microsoft, thus we cannot give you any form of refund."

The IBM response was that the machine is sold with OS, so to return the
OS, I also have to return the machine.
