[ltp] Dropline-Installer

I downloaded this Pkg, "Dropline-installer" from sourceforge and tried 
installing. During the install process it downloaded all pkgs required and 
checked sum, it then prompt up saying some command upgradepkg or someing of 
some sort is missing. Has anyone had any luck with this installatio?
