[ltp] T20 battery swap

Thanks to all of your great suggestions a few weeks ago, I'm now the
proud owner of a T20.  Even though I liked the Toshiba Tecra, the
Thinkpad is so much better it's like night 'n day between the two.

Questions...

Can I swap the battery when the unit is in suspend (Fn-F3) mode, or only
while in hibernation (Fn-F12) mode?

What about the drive in the Ultrabay?

BTW- I installed Knoppix to quickly get the Thinkpad up and running
Linux...Knoppix never ceases to amaze me how it recognizes everything
I've ever thrown at it, with no configuration!
