[ltp] can't access DVDs with xine

Yes.

I'm wondering if I have to recompile it after installing libdvdcss. But
since it already uses it I though I wouldn't? However, I'm just
downloading a new xine-lib.

(My installed one is 1.0rc4 and I compiled it without special configure
options -just prefixed to /usr.)
