You might consider ordering the disks from http://cheapbytes.com or
http://www.linuxinstall.com. Don't know how long shipping would take.

BTW, I forgot to mention - on T40 - the touchpad doesn't work (the
last I checked was with beta 2). However I disable the touchpad in
bios - and this gets the middle mouse button for trackpoint working.
