[ltp] how to get wifi card id on t40p ?

hello,

(i'm new to this ml - and hope you could help.)

i'm looking after a way to get card id (manufacturer
id and chipid) of a t40p wifi card (i think it's a ibm
dualband a/b), i have tried with no result :

- kudzu -p -b pcmcia -> it hangs
- kudzu -p -b pci -> it hangs
- cardctl ident 0 -> no info available
- cardctl ident 1 -> no info available

have you any idea ?
