[ltp] Mouse pointer slowly moves when not touching trackpoint

yeah, this is a known problem with trackpoints. Most of the newer
laptops are slightly better at this. However, I've always been able to
fix it (no matter what brand of laptop) by pulling out the trackpoint
rubber cover and re-seating it. The Thinkpad T41 even includes a section
in the user manual about this problem.
