[ltp] R50 Success?

Hello,

Thank you for all the information everyone has already posted. Reading 
the archives of this list has been the most fruitful time I've spent in 
searching for information on Linux on Thinkpad.

I'm trying to decide between purchasing an R50 a T41 or an A31. I'm 
leaning strongly to the R50 because of longer battery live, 15" screen, 
and lower cost.

However, I haven't seen any mention anywhere of someone successfully 
getting Linux running on an R50. Are there any success stories out 
there, yet?
