[ltp] RAM upgrade on T20

I don't know details, but I went to five or six shops to get a RAM
upgrade for my X21, and no standard module would work, although the RAM
is specified as SO-DIMM PC100. I ended up ordering it for about twice the
regular price from an IBM dealer. At least my DIMM has a nice IBM sticker
on it.
