For Mandrake 9.1, you should be able to play unencrypted DVDs
out-the-box, though you should make the /dev/dvd link.
For encrypted DVDs, visit plf.zarb.org (maybe
http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon) and then (after setting up a PLF urpmi
medium):
# urpmi libdvdcss2
(I think, I forget now ...)
