Well it was bound to happen. I am working much too late and as I
leave from the desk, my leg tangles in the power cord. The Thinkpad
X23 (two years old) flies off the table and then down hard on the wood
floor. Bang! It was closed and power off.
Obvious physical damage: a rather bent USB connector from the mouse.
It works anyway. Nothing else. No chipped case, no broken keys, no
cracked screen.
Boots up a-okay. Working perfectly in every regard the past week. Even
the CD-ROM and floppy drives appear unharmed.
Titanium case. Impressive.
