Yepp, I needed two tries, too. The first guy I had on the phone
discussed with me for several minutes and wouldn't send the CDs out, on
the second attempt I told them I wanted to upgrade the harddrive and the
guy just said ok, what's your address. Two days later UPS brought a
bunch of CDs.

Did you ever realize how much text fits in eighty columns? If you now consider
that a signature usually consists of up to four lines, this gives you enough
space to spread a tremendous amount of information with your messages. So seize
this opportunity and don't waste your signature with bullshit nobody will read.
