[ltp] SpeedStep? - ACPI "throttling"

Forgive me for asking what I'm sure is a simple and somewhat silly
question, but what CPU monitor is that? I've been playing with the 2.6
kernel for a while trying to get everything in my R40 working, and I'd
love to know an easy way to figure out what speed the CPU is currently
running at.
