[ltp] T41p CPU temperature with a zero load ?

My t41 gets 38 =B0C with a working load close to zero:
rolando@coyote:~$ acpi -V
Battery 1: charging, 98%, 00:37:44 until charged
Thermal 1: ok, 38.0 degrees C
AC Adapter 1: on-line
