[ltp] Sick Hard drive?

My OS is still operating perfectly. I installed smartmontools and am
following directions. According to the DOCs if there are only a few
errors in the log not to worry. SMART had not run any self tests so I
ran a short self-test. The results are at the buttom. It results a
read failure. Is this thing going to die? Should I start hauling my
data off?
