No problems here. I am using kernel 2.6.4 with apm, acpi and apic
disabled. Fn+F3 and Fn+F7 are working as expected. 

Fn+F12 would work if i had a suspend to disk file. But I can live
without that feature.

Fn+5 is not working correctly even when booting windows xp. ;)
