[ltp] thinkpad keys in firefox

About eight months ago I created a package to enable the Thinkpad
page-left and page-right keys to navigate back/forward in Mozilla.
(These are the blue keys on the left and right of the up arrow on
Thinkpads sold for the last few years and on some of IBM's USB
keyboards.)

I've received some complaints since then that the package doesn't
work for Firefox. The most recent complainer pointed me at this
page: <http://snarfed.org/space/thinkpad+keys+in+firefox>. Using the
information there, I have updated the package to support both Mozilla
and Firefox.
