[ltp] xorg and Thinkpad A31 keyboard layout

Hi all,
I've an IBM Thinkpad A31 (Italian qwerty keyboard layout) 
under console I can use "it-ibm" keymap that match 
perfectly with my keyboard...

Under xorg which Xkblayout I must use???

I've tryed Xkblayout "it-ibm", xorg start well (no errors) 
but ALT, CTRL keys and accented letters doesn't work
