I've got a T42p with wireless working fine under ndiswrapper.  My unit
has the a/b/g card with Atheros chipset, and my driver is not the one
you mentioned.  Try the following driver:

If that doesn't work, go to the following URL and enter your model
details, choose "drivers" -> "more" -> "wireless" and try the ones there
