that is too tame and sober, it's more like "being cheapskate is cool".
It's a slogan from Saturn, a big german electronics discounter,
but by those not buying into it it is also used to characterize
the attitude of buying the cheapest crap and then complaining
that it breaks down, doesn't work with Linux, makes noise like
a jet engine, ..., meanwhile driving decent products towards
extinction.
