echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ipw2200/0000\:02\:02.0/rf_kill
echo 0 > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ipw2200/0000\:02\:02.0/rf_kill
First one switches radio off, second one enables it again.
