[ltp] T40P docking problem

Hi,

When I boot my laptop while it is not in the docking station (port
replicator really), My touchpad and any USB mouse i insert works fine...
but when i place it in the docking station (which has a USB port with a
IR mouse attached), I cannot seem to get it to work... i've tries
reinserting the USB device, modprob'ing and restarting the USB
services... none of which do the trick
