[ltp] T40P docking problem

You should be able to use the mouse, unless there are no IRQs left for
it. The dmesg output shows that the mouse is recognized and is
operational. Sometimes LINUX can be a little hard to work through this
problem. I cannot remember the command to run which device has which
IRQ, but that may be the next place to look.
