0. Redhat 9.0

1. I have a Thinkpad T23, which is locked up in an over head bin.

2. I have a USB Keyboard Mouse hooked off of it. Along with a monitor. (A=20
make shift way of creating its docking station.)

Problem:
3. When the Screen Blank comes on, using the USB keyboard and mouse will=20
not turn off the Screen Blanking.
I have to open the Overhead bin, and tap on a key on the built in=20
keyboard

4. I have messed with the xset dpms settings to off. So no screen blanking =

will occur, yet it still does.

Solutions to this problem:
I could get a docking station, and use a standard keyboard/mouse.=20
- not a good option. I've been unable to obtain one so far.

Software setting change would be preferable, Either A. turn of=20
screen blanking, or B. make it so screen saver doesn't screen blank or
responds to USB keyboards. - I am unaware of which=20
component I can mess with for this.

Any other ideas?
