Sorry maybe I should have been more specific.
Usinf Konqueror as a Web Browser.
I have cookies turned off - Now After the Fact.
I have all pop-up turned off.
I have deleted all Pop-up in the Konqueror configuration.
I have deleted all cookies in Konqueror in configuration.
I am getting the same advertisement pop-up that initiates upon starting 1 of
10 times I start konqueror.
The computer is connected to a DSL network.
The distribution is Mandrake 9.1.
Security is set to accept everything as apparently there is some major issue
with Mandrake 9.1 that prevents both dial up and DSL. Apparently the
assemblers of Mandrake have never heard of laptops because security, dial up,
DSL, and Laptops have some major issues. Hopefully this was solved in
Mandrake 9.2.
The Pop up us an advertisement for a firewall apparently.
What it does is attempt force you to do is add a firewall to your computer.
The assumption appears to be that you have a Microsoft box.
About this adding a fire wall. Well maybe. Maybe it adds something else.
Sorry I did not copy details this morning.
