R: [ltp] TP600E Maximum RAM

It's a TP600 (2645-31O if i am not wrong...) the bios sees the whole 288Mb
but it says only 228 usable. (at the moment windowze is installed as it's
used by my girlfriend, but linux too recognized only 228 .. I may check the
BIOS version abnd see if something changes... I'll give it a try when i get
my hands on it.

I now re-read what I've written..
SORRY! I have two 128 Mb modules (not 256)... and only 228 Mb are
recognized.. sorry...


I'm wondering if you may not have the latest BIOS, as my machine shows all
of it's RAM at boot, and it is also seen by Linux. Is your machine a 600e or
a 600?
