It could be that CPU-Z is telling the truth (I just verified that I get the 
same reading) but that IBM has the BIOS set to run the memory in synch with 
the fsb, i.e. if the fsb is 200Mhz then the memory will be too.  This is 
controllable in the BIOS, so it must be an IBM thing since the spec sheets on 
the 855PM clearly say that it supports 333Mhz memory.
