time mpg123 -t foo.mp3 comes in my mind here. It just decodes an mp3
file as fast as possible (consuming all free CPU cycles) and plays
nothing. This should take a few seconds with an ordinary 4 minute mp3
file, given the CPU power of a TP 240.
